INFO & TIPS1.) place oil in a non stick pan and add onions and whole cumin. Fry until onions are golden.
2.)Add in the tomatoes, tomato purée and all the spices and add in a little water and lower the heat and let it cook until the tomatoes are cooked and the oil comes to the top.
3.) make indentions in the chutney and crack eggs one at a time into the holes. Cover the pan with lid and simmer until eggs are cooked to your preference.
4.) serve with toasted bread or soft rolls.
