Sticky Bbq Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:1kg drumsticks½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper1 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon ground ginger
Sauce:4 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce4 tablespoon soy sauce4 tablespoon bbq sauce2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar2 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon chilli powder
Garnish-Spring onionsLime wedges
Method:1. Cook chicken till just done in oil, lemon, ginger, salt and pepper.2. Boil sauce ingredients till thickened and coats chicken well. Use remainder sauce to serve as dipping sauce.3. Garnish with chopped spring onions & serve with fries or egg fried rice.
