INGREDIENTS
Marinate chicken in the following:
2 tablespoon Tomato sauce (Allgold)2 tablespoon Tangy Mayonaise,2 tablespoon Nandos sauce of choice (Mild)3 tablespoon Lemon Juice,1 tablespoon Crushed Garlic,1 teaspoon Chillie powder and1 teaspoon Crushed chilies1 tablespoon Magic Masala (Red)@chilliesauthenticmasala1 teaspoon Onion powder1 teaspoon Orange pepper spice(Omit salt as this spice is salty)½ Cup Fresh cream½ teaspoon orange food colourDash of ground black pepperSmall handful of fresh Corriander finely chopped up, add into the marinade.
(Marinate for at least an hour)
METHOD
Melt 4 tablespoon butter and take chicken pieces out of marinade and place in pot.
•Keep remaining marinade aside. Cook on medium heat with ¼ cup water until chicken is done and saucy. •All the remaining marinade you didn't add to the pot earlier, give it a quick boil and pour over chicken when serving.
Serve with a side of chips or rice!
