INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet2 teaspoon chilli garlic paste2 teaspoon crushed garlic1/4c lemon juice1/4c garlic sauce (nandos, I used steers)3 tablespoon mochachos spiceSalt to taste5 tablespoon mayonnaise Garlic butter (for cooking)
Sauce:5 tablespoon butter1/4c fresh cream1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon dried parsley
METHOD
Marinate and cook chicken in spices until done Add to a pan, top with sauce and bake at 180 for 15mins
Sauce: boil everything together
*I cooked chicken then shredded it for pitasAdded the leftover marinade of the chicken to the sauce, then added to the shredded chicken and heated when neededll
