INGREDIENTS
1 medium sized dudhi 2 chicken fillet cut in cubes1 onion chopped, Chillies, Whole jeeru (cumin), Black pepper1 teaspoon Garlic [ if u have fresh add 2-3 cloves]¼ teaspoon Ginger garlic½ teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)½ teaspoon Haldi1 teaspoon Lemon pepper¼ teaspoon White pepper½ cup Coconut Cream
METHOD
Cut dudhi in pieces and boil serparately in little bit salt & Haldi Braise onions chillies, jeeru (cumin) , pepper , garlic together in ghee (Clarified butter), once braised add in chicken fillet cubes add in the spicesLet it cook, once chicken is done add the dudhi to it, and lastly add in coconut cream if you'd like you can even add a few tblspns of Plain Yogurt

[YOU CAN LEAVE OUT THE CHICKEN IF YOU JUST WANT TO MAKE PLAIN DUDHI]
Plain dudhi i make same way without Chicken I Just omit the Cream & Yogurt [my personal preference dry style] its also Yumm the key ingrediants are Ghee & Garlic !!
