step 2:1 cup flour 2 tablespoon mochachos spice salt
step 3 :½ cup oil 3 tablespoon. mochachoes spice ( lemon and herb and mild or hot)
chop some potatos for chips shred lettuces 2 tablespoon. Nola ultra creamy mayo ½ teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon. vinegar pinch salt
Cut fillet into strips mix everything from step 1 and marinade for awhile, atleast 1 hour.
step 2 :Mix everything together In a large plastic bag Add few at a time and shake and carry on adding more until all well coated, take a few at a time coat and add to heated oil and fry for about 5 minutes.
step 3 :Mix together the oil and spice. In a pyrex or oven tray spread some on tray add the fried strips , using a smearing brush spread the remaining on the strips and bake till crisp or until to your liking.
Fry chips add some mochachos spice and salt and price in oven with strips as well.
shred lettuces mix the dressing ingredients and sprinkle over .serve immediately
