½ kilo chicken fillet cut into cubes or strips2 tablespoon Mayo2 tablespoon Adega spice¼ teaspoon Dhanna Jeeru (Cumin) 2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Masala1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce2 teaspoon Lemon Juice Add green chillies sparingly
METHOD
Prepare and mix ingredients.Marinate chicken in ingredients .Melt butter in a pot.Add marinated chicken.Allow to cook on low heat until done.Ensure chicken remains saucy when done.Garnish with dhania (coriander) or Parsley.Serve with a fresh green salad and roti.
