My Spicy Nandos Style
RECIPE
3-4 Large cubed or strips or small cubed bits Chicken fillets Marinate with1 teaspoon Ginger and garlic paste1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder or green chilli. Paste1 teaspoon Portuguese spice 1 teaspoon Chicken tikka spice½ teaspoon saltLittle lemon juice Steam Cook in 1 tablespoon butter or margarine For like 7-10 minutesRemove allow to cool
Roll in hot spicy southern fried flour or Make your own flour by adding a bit of chilli Mixed herbs a bit of thyme and crushed black pepper
Then dip in 2 well beaten eggs spiced with Chilli powder Then roll in bread crumbs Can freeze at this stage Fry in deep oil till light golden in colourDONT OVER FRY AS IT WAS STEAMED Serve with chips nando or any saucesCan fill pittas with lettuce or salads etc Or just rolls and naan rotisEnjoy
