Clean the chicken. RUB THE CHICKEN WITH THE SPICES. Marinade in a bag for 30 minutes all the rest of the ingredients.Bake in 180 degrees oven for 1 hour & 15 minutes. Extra Lemon Slices can be added on top of the chicken. Before taking the chicken out of the oven (for the last 20 minutes) wrap with some foil this keeps the chicken moist inside. ADD THE POTATOES LASTLY in the casserole dish. Enjoy with Naan & Coleslaw Salad😊
