INGREDIENTS
4 fillets slit thin from the middle ( now their should be 8 )
1 teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon red chili paste
½ lemon freshly squeezed or 1 small full ( I used full )
2 tablespoon yogurt / mayo
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 tablespoon mochachos spice ( I used hot )
1 tablespoon taco spice
oil
slice the onions
slice peppers I only had 2 colors , you can use all 3 colors
serve with :
wraps
salsa ( bought the woolies 1 )
sour cream
jalapenos
METHOD
Add all the ingredients together and mix well .
Add the chicken fillet to marinade, allow to marinade 1 hour atleast .
place in an oven tray
keep some space for the onions and peppers . places those on 1 side .
sprinkle some oil
cover with foil and allow to cook for 15 minutes , then remove foil and allow to cook until done .
Now take a knife and make strips out of the chicken as needed
place in the wraps along with the onions and pepper , salsa . sour cream and jalapenos
you can add the peppers to the chicken and toss it .
but I personally dnt like eating peppers , so it this way whoever wants will add to their wraps as desired
