INGREDIENTS
Eggs 2 grated tomatoes 1 chopped onions 1 tablespoon masala ½ teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste
METHOD
Sauté onions Add masalas Add tomatoes and salt, let it cook.
Fry your eggs to your liking in a separate pan.
Once tomatoes are done, add your eggs to the curry.
Can be eaten with rice, roti or bread.
