1 small ripe avo cut into small cubes
2 boiled eggs cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon lime/ lemon juice (fresh)
pinch cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon sumac
3 sliced bottle jalapenos chopped
8 to 12 salty crackers / provita
mix together all the ingredients , give it a toss .
to assemble . place the crackers in a plate , spoon 1 teaspoon on each cracker .
you can also add cubed red onions
1 saltine cracker = 13 calories
1 provita = 17 calories
1 boiled egg = 80 calories
1 small avo = approx 200 calories (healthy fats)
so 1 tsp of this mix should be approx = 20 calories
this can be served as an appetizer as well
