Ingredients Chicken livers Wash & Clean. Add vinegar Wash again
In a pot warm 2 teaspoon butter & 3-4 teaspoon oil. Add 1 teaspoon garlic. Braise.
livers & little water (¼ cup or less) Little salt Nando's sauce (1 teaspoon each): - garlic sauce - lemon & herb - peri peri Lemon juice -1 teaspoon Black pepper -¼ teaspoon Lastly mayonaise -2-3 teaspoon
Lastly sprinkle spring onions
Serve with garlic bread or Portuguese rolls
