Braise.Add: livers & little water (¼ cup or less)Little saltNando's sauce (1 teaspoon sp each):- garlic sauce- lemon & herb- peri peri Lemon juice -1 teaspoon Black pepper -¼ teaspoonLastly mayonaise - 2-3 teaspoon Lastly sprinkle spring onions Serve with garlic bread or Portuguese rolls

I just did a little swap.
Instead of the livers I used the jublits because that's my favourite & I added a few necks to. It turned out nice.
