INGREDIENTS
1kg fillets cut into strips or cubes
2 pkts mc cain french stir fry
2 carrots juliened
4 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic and herb spice
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon green chillies (optional)
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 packet spaghetti boiled
METHOD
Matrinate chicken in all spices,soya and vinegar.
Saute veggies in little oil or ghee (Clarified butter).
Cook chicken.
add everything to a wok and simmer.
Once all cooked well add more soya sauce to your liking. Garnish with spring onion and seseme seeds
