RECIPE
4 cups cake flour 1 packet (10g) instant yeast .. I used the purple packet1 teaspoon salt 2 tblspns sugar½ cup oil 1 cup milk 1 cup water
Combine all dry ingredients and oil in a bowl Heat milk and water until lukewarmPour over not flour mixture and mix to form a soft dough Set aside to rise double in volume I heat my microwave for 5 minutes with a cup of water inside Remove the water and then I place my covered dough into warm microwave and leave it to riseRemove pinch off small balls and place on baking sheet Brush wth milk and sprinkle with sesame seedsBake 170C for 12 minutes
Chicken
Take 500g chicken breast fillets and slice into thick slices ( cut into the width ) 1 teaspoon chicken spice 2 teaspoon bbq spice 2 heaped tablespoon plain yoghurt1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 teaspoon paprika 2 tspns red masala Salt to taste2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon tomato purée 1 teaspoon orange spice Fry in oil ( I fried in ghee (Clarified butter))
Place ontop of sliced rollDrizzlen with sauce of your choice I used nandos perinaise and sweet chillie sauce Topup wth lettuce Add a slice of tomatoe and a slice of gherkin
