RECIPE

Marinate 1 kg fillet cubes in:2 teaspoon ginger garlic 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon garam masala 2 tablespoon tomato puree Juice of 1 lemon Set asideStir fry till tender:Cut all into chunks1 onion 1 green pepper 1 red pepper 2 tomatos SaltPepper 1 teaspoon garlic pasteOlive oil
Cook chicken in ghee (Clarified butter) and oilAdd in veggies Add 1 cup fresh cream Simmer till heated thru Serve with rice or rotis
