Marinate disjointed chickenRed masala pasteGreen masalaLemon juiceDried dhania (coriander) /Jeeru (Cumin)arad (Turmeric)A little garam masalaTandoori masalaYoghurtYellow colouring a little oil and put in oven While chicken getting cookedMake onion vagaar, add chopped tomatos a little of the same above masala.Cook on low heat, chop dhania (coriander) and mint and add a few green chilis.than add yogurt.When chicken half way done I smoked chicken by putting a small foil paper in center of chicken. Heat your charcoal, when red put on foil pour a tablespoon of ghee (Clarified butter).It will smoke, than cover for a little while. Boil rice my.Add chicken to vagar sauce. mix toss well.Chicken at bottom and put little ghee (Clarified butter) place rice over and steam.my sis Fatima Jada gave a good idea I should smoke rice and chicken before putting in oven. Aloo fry I used same masala used to marinate chicken but excluded yogurt. oil and place in oven crispy....enjoy the biryani, serve with papar and dhai
