Red masala paste
Dried dhania (coriander) /Jeeru (Cumin)
A little garam masala
Yellow colouring a little oil and put in oven
While chicken getting cooked
Make onion vagaar add chopped tomatos a liitle of thd same above masala cook on low heat chop dhania (coriander) and mint and add a few green chillee.than add yoghurt.
Whn chikb half way done I smoked chikn by putting a small foil paper in centre of chikn. Heat your charcoal whn red put on foil pour a tablespoon of ghee (Clarified butter) it will smoke than cover for a little while.
Boil rice my.
Add chikn to vagar sauce.mix toss well.
Chick at bottom putnlittle ghee (Clarified butter) place rice over and steam.my sis Fatima Jada gve a good idea I shud smoke rice and chickn b4 putting in oven.
