Chicken Tikka Pizza

RECIPE

Your fav pizza dough recipe can be used.

500g chicken fillet cubed.
1 ½ teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon machachos spice
½ teaspoon crushed pepper
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and oil
3 tablespoon mayonnaise

Marinate & cook in ghee (Clarified butter) until done. Allow to cool. Fill pizza.
