INGREDIENTS
SteakButter/ghee (Clarified butter) Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder (Cumin powder) 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (coriander Cumin) 1 teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon masala powder/kashmiri chillie powder 1 teaspoon mild mochachos spice Fresh ginger1 clove of garlic (about 1 teaspoon) 3 fresh green chillies (or 1 teaspoon chillie paste/to your taste)1 tomato gratedΒΌ cup tomato sauce 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon oilDrizzle of Worcestershire sauce
METHOD
Finely chop/mince Garlic, chillies and gingerMarinate steak in spices and tomato sauce for 30 minutes / overnight.
In a pot on low- medium heat add in ghee (Clarified butter)/ butter and then braise steak until cooked. Add in grated tomato and Β½ cup added hot water. Close and cook out adding water as needed (until steak is soft)then let water cook out.
Serve and enjoy π€β¨
