INGREDIENTS
Steak prego roll :
For 1 kg steak
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Red chillie paste
1 ½ tablespoon bbq spice
1 ½ tablespoon Portuegese spice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon dhana powder
Lemon juice
Oil
Sauce :
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
2 teaspoon steers Peri
4 teaspoon prego sauce / Portuegese sauce
1 tablespoon mayo
1 teaspoon steers garlic sauce
( add more sauce if nec )
METHOD
Leave steak thick and cut in thick long pieces to fit in a seeded long roll .
Marinade steak with the spices and cook in butter .
In the meantime mix sauces together add more prego sauce if nec .
When steak is almost done add the sauces and simmer for 1 or 2 minutes .
Fry some onions until soft not brown
In the roll add some prego sauce , Lettuces , the onions , tomatoes , jelepenos and mayo is nec and serve with chips or wedges
