INGREDIENTS
1 kg Steak
2 big tablespoon ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
¾ teaspoon fine jeeroo
2 teaspoon red chillies
Salt to taste
¼ cup Tomato sauce
¼ cup Mustard sauce
¼ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon Green masala (chillies)
¼ lb butter
½-1 cup water
METHOD
Mix all the spices in the steak and cook in a pressure pot for 20 minutes. Alternatively cook on the stove until done.
Fill pies, freeze. Bake on 180* for +-20-25 minutes or until done or light gold.
