1 kg Steak 2 big tablespoon ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) ¾ teaspoon fine jeeroo 2 teaspoon red chillies Salt to taste ¼ cup Tomato sauce ¼ cup Mustard sauce ¼ cup lemon juice ½ teaspoon Green masala (chillies) ¼ lb butter ½-1 cup water
