Texan steak burger

500g steak
1 tablespoon Texan steak spice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Lemon juice
Worcester sauce
¼ cup steers steak marinade
Marinate steak with above.
Grill over the braai (bbq) or oven
Lettuce
Cucumber
Tomato
Gherkins
Guacamole
Spread some whip on the base of roll, layer the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber then steak then guacamole and Gherkins
