1kg Rump steak mince dhania (coriander) and Jeeru (Cumin) powder a teaspoon each green masala 3 to 4 slices of brown bread cut of sides. 1 egg. 2 small onions and a potato grate squeeze out excess water. I added a tablebspoon of ghee (Clarified butter) . I put all this in a magimix allow all to mix well .chop fresh dhania (coriander).I made portions to freeze.I use as required.bur before frying add a 1/2 teaspoon baking powder to mince shape and fry.enjoy like how we enjoyed them❤
