1 kg cut up ChickenMarinate with ½ packet Shans white chicken karai spice1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon sun brand chicken tikka dry spice spice +- 1 teaspoon ground green chilli paste½ teaspoon red crushed paste 1 ½ teaspoon dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon garam masala1Tblsp ginger garlic 1 teaspoon lemon juice½ cup yogurt or Maas (beat the Maas so it's smooth) Marinate few hours In a pot Add 4 tablespoon oil3 tablespoon butter Add 1 small sliced onion2 cinnamon sticks3 Elachi (cardomom) pods1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)Braise Add marinated meats and cookAdd in handful steamed sliced or chunky Robot peppers ADJUST SALT TASTE AND WHITE PEPPER IF NECESSARYLast addAdd 1 teaspoon mayonnaiseCook leave it a little saucy Garnish with chopped greendhania (coriander)Enjoy with Naan RotisRoti or rolls and green salad

If you want to smoke it tip from another grp
Fire up a piece of charcoal on gas until smoking hot...
Working quickly...
Place charcoal in a small metal bowl or piece of foil, place in the middle of the pot, drop some ghee on coal n quickly close lid.
Allow time for smoke to infuse into meat.
