500g chicken fillet cut in strips ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ginger garlic ½ teaspoon dhania (coriander)-jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon chilli powder 2 tablespoon robertsons portuguese spice or chicken spice 2 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce Cook chicken till done..don't burn out all the gravy Sauce: 60g butter 3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) dissolved in little water 2 cups milk ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper Boil together,once thickens add ¾ cup grated cheese Mix noodles,chicken and white sauce...Garnish with green pepper
