RECIPE

Readymade mini burger buns. 500g fillets butterflied & cut into 4.Marinate in:Lemon 🍋 juice 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic Salt1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)½ teaspoon pepperSet aside. Dip in flour and shallow fry.Assemble with lettuce cheese sauce etc.
