1 full chicken cut into 8 or 12
1 tablespoon red chilli paste
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1⁄2 freshly squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon calistos prego spice
1 teaspoon robertson chicken spice
1⁄2 teaspoon jeera powder
salt to taste
1⁄4 cup cup AMINAS Portuguese marinade
3 tablespoon Aminas marinade
2 tablespoon tomato paste
squeeze some lemon juice
marinade chicken for at least 1 hour .
place in a non stick pan add garlic butter and steam for 20 minutes on medium heat. leave the remaining marinade and water in the pan for later .
now on a indoor griller place all the chicken pieces and let this grill on low for about 15 minutes . you can bast some sauce from the pan and turn over.
before serving add the sauce that you have prepared in the pan that you cooked chicken in . add all the grilled chicken to the pan and simmer add few tablespoon water if the sauce is burning out .
