1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon chicken spice
Salt to taste
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon jalapeno sauce
1 Sour cream
Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise and jalapeño sauce and set aside
Saute onions add chicken and the rest of spices and cook and braise chicken nicely, slightly browned,
Now add the sour cream mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve with garlic naan or sides of choice
I served it with pumpkin and garlic naan.

If u don’t have sour cream, u can use fresh cream and add a few drops of lemon juice to make it sour.
