INGREDIENTS
Lemon garlic chicken served wth yumee mushroom and baby marrow and fresh cream garlic sauce , mixed veg and salad
Lemon and garlic chicken
Chicken pieces 1 kg( make slits in meat 2 Tspns salt 1 tablespn garlic paste2 tspns orange pepper1 tspns chicken spices 1 tspns red chili paste1 tspns papkrika 2 tspns dhania (coriander) /Jeera powderJuice of one lemon1 cup plain full cream yoghurt
Marinate meat in the spices For 4/5 hrs or over night
Transfer to oven dish wth a tray in dish (placing meat on top of the tray ) Bake 30 minutes Take remaining marinade and put 3 Tbspns olive oil in it mix and smear over chicken pieces Pop bak into oven and grill Till crispy
Mushroom Baby Marrow sauce ( so tasty)
Slice 10 baby Marrows ( width 1 onions sliced 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 green pepper sliced 1 yellow pepper sliced1 punnet button mushrooms Garlic salt 3/ 4 cup fresh cream Braise onion in oil till brown then add mushrooms let it brown as well Add the peppers , marrows, garlic paste and cook over hi heat stirring to prevent it from burningAdd garlic salt Keep cooking .. do not let water accumulate in pot .. Once soft add the fresh cream and let it cook for about 2 to 3 minutes
