1 kg fillets butterflied 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic masala 2 tablespoon lemon juice ¼ cup garlic sauce 5 tablespoon mayoEgg yellow colouring 4 tablespoon mochachos spice(I used my own brand and I used hot)Cook above in garlic butterSauce:5 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon lemon juice ¼ cup fresh cream (I used evaporatedmilk)1 teaspoon dried parsley Boil above. Pour over chicken Bake 30 minutes. I added fried wedges to chicken
