INGREDIENTS
1 box hake medallions.Defrost, rinse and allow the water strain out or you could even dab it witv a paper towel.
Season with adega spice (be careful not to add to much as it contains salt).
The make a paste with1-2 teaspoon crushed green chillies1-2 teaspoon crushed garlicSquirt of lemon juice2 tablespoon mayonaise1-2 teaspoon coarse chilli powder¼ bottle Minnie's prego sauce
METHOD
Marinate fish for a few hours.
In a pan on tbe stove add olive oiltablespoon butter & fry it on each side. (Do not turn it to often coz it wull break. Today I drizzled olive oil & butter & grilled it in the oven. Put the left over marinade to boil on the stove, add more butter & some fresh cream. Pour over the fish before serving.
