Chicken: 1 chicken cut into quarters 2 tablespoon Calisto prego chicken spice 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon Calisto medium peri peri sauce Juice of 1 lemon
Sauce: 50g garlic butter 1 teaspoon Paprika ½ teaspoon cayenne ¼ cup Calisto medium peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Mix together ingredients for the chicken. Rub into chicken leave to marinade 4-6 hours or overnight. Bake on 180 deg for 35-40 minutes. Boil together sauce ingredients. Throw over cooked chicken, grill for 5 minutes.
