1 kg chicken fillet (cut thick strips)

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

2 tablespoon mochachos prego sauce
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoon peri per sauce
Cook chicken strips with the spices in ghee (Clarified butter) until done.
