INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken disjointed or
1 kg Chicken Fillet
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic
½ teaspoon Peri Peri or Red Chillies
1 teaspoon BBQ Spice
1 teaspoon Chicken Spice
1 teaspoon Onion Flakes
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
½ teaspoon Meat Marinade
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
Flour
Egg Wash
Breadcrumbs
METHOD
Mix all the above together and marinate the chicken for +- an hour.
Put the chicken to steam and cook until done, allow to cook.
Then dip in flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.
INFO & TIPS
Note: Steaming the chicken 1st,locks in the flavoring and cuts down the frying time.
Can be made ahead of time, just pop in the oven to warm up and it stays crispy.
Comes out divine.
