INGREDIENTS
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon baking powder
125g butter
2 eggs
Buttermilk
METHOD
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Rub in butter beat the eggs with little buttermilk and add to flour. Add the rest of buttermilk little at a time forming a soft dough.
Divide dough into 6 parts. Roll each in2 a roti and cut 8 pizza parts. Fill each one. roll like croissants. Brush with egg and bake on 180 till golden.
Own filling of choice can be used.
As for the filling, no proper recipe
Just used cooked cubed chicken fillet, peppers, some cheese, a bit of creamstyle sweet corn, some left over cream, and,dhania (coriander), some jalapeño sauce
