Buttermilk And Granola Rusk

INGREDIENTS

200g butter 1 c castor sugar ➕ ➖ 2 ½ c flour 1 teaspoon vanilla ess¾ cup buttermilk4 teaspoon baking powder 1 xl egg½ c granola mix

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180° ..Grease Swissrole tray .Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar rub in butterBeat eggs, butter milk and ess(reserve 1 teaspoon aside.Make soft dough.press into tray .Brush with reserved egg mixture.Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove cool 10 minutes slice ..dry out on tray for 4 to 6 hrs
