250g butter
1 1\2 cup castor sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoon bakin powder
1 1\4 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom)
3\4 teaspoon bicarb
1 1\4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
Flour
Mix all together adding flour to make a soft dough. Roll in small balls. Press almond in centre. Bake at 180 till light brown.
