For steak:-3 teaspoon butter Marinate steak with:-1kg steak cut into strips(washed and drained)-1 tablespoon Aminas wonderspice peri peri marinade-¼ teaspoon salt-3 tblspns brown malt vinegar-1 tablespoon lemon juice-1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger-½ teaspoon freshly ground garlic-1 teaspoon oil-½ teaspoon red chilli powder-½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) -1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder...And keep aside. Wash and slice:-1 punnet mushrooms-1 green pepper-½ red pepper-½ yellow pepper...and keep aside Sauces:-5 tblspns tomato ketchup-3 tblpns mayonnaise(salad cream in u.k)-2 tblspns peri peri sauce (orange)-1 tablespoon chilli sauce (red)_____________________________________ Steam frozen mixed veg with salt and butter and keep aside for serving

1.) Melt the butter on medium heat then add the marinated steak,cook for 20mins.2.) Add enough boiled water to cover the steak and cook for 30-40mins on medium heat till steak is soft and tender.3.) Add the mushrooms and peppers and cook for 10mins on medium heat.4.) Add all of the sauces and cook for a further 10mins on medium heat.5.) Garnish with any chopped green herbs of your choice.6.) Serve with steamed mixed veg and mini naans.
