Bismillah.
RECIPE
1. Cut 1kg tenderized steak into nice big size cube pieces. 2. Marinate in 1 tablespoon green masala, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce,1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Leave to marinate at least an hour. 3. Melt 3 tablespoon butter then add your marinated steak with ½ cup water and let it cook on medium heat for about 30-40 minutes until steak is nice and soft. 4. Then add in 250ml fresh cream and 4 tablespoon Nandos pepper sauce ,cook on low heat until sauce thickens. ( Make this sauce before serving ) ENJOY! 😍 Serve with sides of choice ... I made it with my wedding style veg and portugese rolls! 🤤
