Steak Rolls

500g steak, cut into thick strips
1 tablespoon BBQ 6 gun grill
1 tablespoon mochachos spice
Salt to taste (I didn't add)
1-2 teaspoon steak & spice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Marinade steak with above for an hour, cook for 5 minutes then add 2 tablespoon of the ffg:
BBQ sauce
Steers chicken marinade
Steers steak marinade
Steers Peri peri
Cook until steak is done.

Caramelized onion :
1 onion sliced into rings
Saute with 2 tablespoon butter or olive oil until soft and transparent. Add 1 teaspoon brown sugar ½ teaspoon honey and ¼ teaspoon vinegar . Leave to caramelized until nice golden.

Salad :
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber

6 rolls slit on top ,
Spread Mayo or thousands Island, then salad followed by the onion, cheese & steak
