INGREDIENTS
1 tin of ideal milk(leave in freezer until it feels icey cold, but NOT iced) 1 tin of caramel2x pkts of tennis biscuits 1 peppermint slab(of your choice)Add banana if you want to make it a banoffee flavoured tart
METHOD
1. Beat ideal milk with electrical mixer until fluffy.2. Add caramel, keep beating. 3. OPTIONAL - Add banana 4. - Layer square pyrex dish with tennis biscuits dipped in milk. -Then layer with mixture. -layer with grated slab. And repeat until you've reached the thickness/height you want, with a lovely top layer of slab for prettiness
