Chocolate Cake, ganache, drizzled peppermint/ vermicelli.
NB. Pic shows twin sets this was an order I baked, recipe below for one set please feel free to double when baking.

Ingredients 1 cup sugar4 eggs1 cup flour plus 2 tablespoon½ cup oil½ cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 teaspoon pepper mint essence¼ cup coco2 teaspoon baking powder
MethodIn a mixing bowl whisk eggs and sugar creamy until sugar dissolved Add vanilla, peppermint essence oil and beat again. add sifted dry ingredients.finally add milk and beat for further few minutesPour into greased 2 x 20 cmBake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and decore peppermint choc ganache over. Decorate with chocolate vermecelli
Ganache160g chocolate/Baking choc155g nestle cream or fresh creamIn a bowl melt chocolate then add cream and mix well.Enjoy and share as received.. ❤️Shu-Hani❤️
