Chocolate & Hazelnut Springrolls

Ingredients:2dzn mini springroll pastry sheets1 slab bournville dark chocolate (finely chopped)50g hazelnuts (chopped)Water flour paste
To serve:Chocolate ice-creamChopped nutsChocolate sauce
Method:1. Chop chocolate & nuts & mix together.2. Make paste ready.3. Spoon chocolate nut mixture onto springroll pastry.4. Roll & seal shut with paste.5. Freezer suitable now. 6. Fry in shallow oil on medium heat till golden. 7. Serve whilst hot, whilst pastry is crispy & chocolate is melted.8. Serve with chocolate ice-cream.
