RECIPE

The icing is a coffee glaze (2 teaspoon coffee granules, 100g icing sugar and about 1 tablespoon boiling water to form a paste). One Bowl Chocolate Cake:4 eggs1 cup flour1 cup sugar½ cup oil½ cup boiling water2 and a half t cocoa powderPinch salt3 teaspoon coffee (stirred into the boiling water)2 teaspoon Baking powderPreheat oven to 180deg centigrade. Grease a bundt tin. Toss all the ingredients into a bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Ice only when completely cooled.
