INGREDIENTS
250 gr Butter1 & ½ cups Castor sugar4 teaspoon Baking powder 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 4 Eggs 1 & ½ cups Milk3 cups Flour
METHOD
Add all the ingredients together in a standing mixer, beat well till the batter is smooth and shiny. Pour into a cake mould or cup cake pans and bake on 180 degrees for approximately half hour or till done. Once done, turn out and dust with icing sugar.
