No Mixer Chocolate Sheet Cake

INGREDIENTS

125g butter, melted½ cup hot water⅓ cup cocoa powder1 teaspoon instant coffee2 cups flour11/2 cup sugar1 ½ teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon baking powderAdd 2 eggs½ cup full fat yogurt1 teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD

Mix all the above with the melted butter.
In a separate bowl, put together dry ingredients Slowly add the butter mixture into the above mix until smooth.
Add 2 eggs½ cup full fat yogurt1 teaspoon vanilla essenceBeat till well incorporated.
Pour into a baking pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked
Once cooled, mix together 1 cup whipped fresh cream with melted chocolate and add 1 teaspoon cocoa powder. Decorate as desired.
