Use any savory filling that you prefer Make Pancake batter -( OMIT the Sugar And Vanilla) add salt whole Jeeru (Cumin) chopped green dhania (coriander) chopped red chillies oil milk water egg) Bake a nice thin BatterFry like you would and keep asideMake your Favourite chicken fillingFOR THE SAVORY FILLINGI used 2 chicken fillet cubed½ chopped onion2 tablespoon Oil or ghee (Clarified butter)) 1 teaspoon Aminas Wet masala1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder½ teaspoon Jeera powder only 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon Vinegar2 tablespoon Morrocan marinadeCook till soft and done and allow to cool(optional add 3 tablespoon Grated Cheese to the filling) For AssemblingTake each round pancake place Chicken filling in the Centre and flap it over from both sides Place in a serving casserole Make a white sauce (Optional) Put spoon full of white sauce on each pancake Now make a wagaar2 tablespoon grated carrot chopped onion green pepper or robot Top with cheese and again optional chopped green dhania (coriander)Heat in microwave for cheese to melt Before serving Enjoy it Warm 😋
