My Style with spices
Boil 3 large cubed potatoes with little salt till soft drainCook 1 packet 2 minute noodle (don't use the sachet spice)Add the above potatoes and noodles to2 cans shredded tuna(drain the water)¼ cup oilAdd 1 Large chopped onionThen add in a dish 1 teaspoon garlicAdd the rest of the ingredients Few crushed /ground curry leaves+-1 full tablespoon green ground chillies½ teaspoon white pepper1 tablespoon magic masala1 tablespoon Robertson's fish spice 1 teaspoon lemon juiceLittle mayo or any steers sauces1 teaspoon dhana jeera powder1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon crushed red chilliSalt to taste½ cup of cake flour3 teaspoon baking powder3 well beaten EggsChopped shallot and chopped green dhania (coriander)1 big packet crushed Simba cheese and onion chips or lays or use any cheese flavourAdd 1 cup grated cheeseAdd little mixed herbsMix all well togetherPour into a greased casseroleSprinkle poppy seeds (optional)Crush little chips on topGrate more cheese ( I used any white)And parsley or green dhania (coriander)Milk or water maybe added to get a thick cake like batterBake at 180* for +- 30 minutes It will be slightly firmCut in blocks Can serve it cold or warmWith mash or salads or cold potato saladEnjoy
