1 whole chicken cut pieces washed drained and marinated with:2 tablespoon fresh lemon 🍋 juice 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ masala 2 tablespoon fouzys spice (u cud use mochachos spice)2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic 2 teaspoon chilli powder 3 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon garlic and herb spiceMarinate Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) ½ way. Empty in pyrex. Sauce: Boil¼ cup fresh cream 3 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoon mochachos sauce1 tablespoon mochachos spice (I used my own homemade)1 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 2 teaspoon tomato 🍅 paste 2 tablespoon mayo1 teaspoon mixed herbs 🌿 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon sugarBoil pour over chicken. Bake till Piping hot 🔥 Serve with chips or veggies
