Coimbra grilled chicken fillets & salad

4 chicken fillets slit in the middle
Marinate with
3 tablespoons coimbra sauce (available @the address @_theaddress_ / delta superette @nazranag Durban)
2 tablespoons lemon 🍋 juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper
½ teaspoon garlic salt
Salt to taste
Cook on griddle with butter. Serve with a salad & coimbra sauce pasta.
